Frosty Berseem is a good option for any operation that is looking to sequester Nitrogen and or graze their crop. Frosty is listed in the warm season category but can be fall seeded in the southern half of the United States. One of the key features to this crop is that it is a non-bloating clover. Also, Frosty has an impressive root structure and can survive temperatures down to 5 degrees Fahrenheit without snow cover. Its is a late maturity clover and has shown to produce 150+ lbs. of Nitrogen.
Frosty Berseem is also a good option for spring interseeding as well.
